Refund Eligibility

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are in new and unused condition with original packaging within 14 days of the purchase date in case purchased directly.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customers@laserninja.ca  to receive a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, please package the item securely and include your proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to post to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to process the exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
