No, not all products require customization. We offer products with and without customization options.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards and customized products. Each customized item is tailored specifically to your preferences, making it difficult for us to resell. Therefore, we advise customers to carefully review customization options before confirming their orders.
How can I track my order?
Usually canada post shipping tracking number for expedited and Xpresspost shipping we give to the customer and they can use (we should add a link to canada post tracking where they input the tracking, smaller dog tags and products up to 30 grams we offer free shipping using an envelope and a stamp, for instance dog tags, it takes longer
